UK Illustrator bringing everyday stories into life

Hi, I’m Sam, an Illustrator working from my little wooden studio shed in Manchester, UK.

My work is inspired by the everyday moments of family life - the small details, daily routines, the nostalgic places, foods and objects that hold our shared stories.

I love exploring storytelling through sketchy pencil drawings, ink, water-colour, gouache and Apple pencil.  When I’m not illustrating I work as a children’s Speech and Language Therapist.  One day, I’d love to combine my passions by creating picture books for children.
